The office of Land Records records and maintains, according to statutues, a public record for legal documents pertaining to Real Estate.  The most frequently recorded documents include Deeds, Mortgages, Assignments Satisfactions, Releases, Easements, Liens, Plats, Forclosure Documents, Certified Court Documents and many others not mentioned.  The office is responsible for the evaluation, recording, protection and preserving of all real estate documents.

A public room is available to access recorded documents within our office.  

We are committed to compliance with statutory laws and continue to provide the highest possible degree of accuracy, quality and service to our citizens in Carver County.
